NOM tour continues rallies in the Midwest

Posted by Jenny Tyree

The National Organization for Marriage (NOM) continued their bus tour promoting one-man, one-woman marriage in Madison, Wisconsin today.

Groups that support the redefinition of marriage are protesting NOM’’s rallies.  According to NOM’s blog, efforts by the local police to maintain order kept some marriage supporters from getting to the rally.  It’s unfortunate that people were kept from the rally, but we appreciate that the police were doing their job.

Today’s line-up of speakers included included Julaine Appling of Wisconsin Family Action, an organization associated with CitizenLink.  The various state rallies have included state residents , like Julaine and Len Deo, who have heroically defended marriage.
