CitizenLink logoCitizenLink has won a design award for its new logo and branding that were unveiled last year. The logo, designed by The CSK Group, is one of a select few of more than 8,000 entries to be honored with the 2010 American Graphic Design Award presented by Graphic Design USA.  Read more

The New Mexico attorney general says the state can recognize same-sex marriages performed elsewhere, but that it “cannot predict how a New Mexico court would rule on this issue.” The legal opinion, which was issued by Gary King on Tuesday, is not legally binding.  Read more

I couldn’t resist a follow-up to my earlier post about the San Francisco Happy Meal toy ban. Check out this Townhall.com blog post about the San Francisco city councilman who pushed for the ban in the first place. The councilman, named Mar, was interviewed for the popular and left-leaning Daily Show by Aisif Mandvi. Mar falls into Mandvi’s easily-laid trap, and even Mandvi (along with the Daily Show audience) can barely contain his/their laughter.
