The logo, designed by The CSK Group, is one of a select few of more than 8,000 entries to be honored with the 2010 American Graphic Design Award presented by Graphic Design USA.  Read more

The New Mexico attorney general says the state can recognize same-sex marriages performed elsewhere, but that it “cannot predict how a New Mexico court would rule on this issue.” The legal opinion, which was issued by Gary King on Tuesday, is not legally binding.  Read more
