Day of Dialogue Launches Student Video Contest

by CitizenLink Staff

The Day of Dialogue team is asking high school and college students to send in creative videos promoting the grassroots-style event that is coming up April 18.

Winners will be selected based on their ability to best communicate the heart and mission of Day of Dialogue — a day on which students are encouraged to initiate conversations about the fact that God is personal, cares about every student in the school, and cares about their relationships, sexuality and their souls.

“This is a great way for Christian student clubs and youth groups to get plugged into the event and get fellow students working together around a fun activity,” said Candi Cushman, education analyst at Focus on the Family and the facilitator of the Day of Dialogue initiative.

Videos must be submitted by midnight Mountain Time on Friday, April 8. The winner will receive $250 in iTunes gift cards; the top two runners-up will get $100 in gift cards and a $50 gift card, respectively.
