Religious Liberties
In this section you will find articles addressing the important issue of religious liberty. Although freedom of religion has historically been called our “First Freedom” given its prominence in both our nation’s founding as well as its formal articulation in the first clause of the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, it has increasingly come under attack by judges and secular interests that seek to deprive it of this status. On issue after issue – whether it involves education, employment, the public square, parenting, rights of conscience, public accommodations or non-discrimination laws – religious freedom is being eroded before our eyes.
